Waora is our in-house WhatsApp engine. Built on NestJS with OpenWA underneath, it manages WhatsApp sessions, inbound message routing, business menus and media handling — the invisible backbone of WhatsApp commerce.
Stack: NestJS, TypeScript, OpenWA, Postgres, Redis, Docker, LiveKit
Why it matters: WhatsApp is where customers actually are. Waora turns it into a business channel with automation, not just a chat app.
