Most website projects fail for the same reason: someone starts designing before anyone has agreed on what the site actually needs to do. We run every project — from a landing page to a custom software build — through the same four stages, in order, on purpose.
1. Discover
Before any design work starts, we get clear on the actual goal: who the site needs to convince, what action they should take, and what's currently stopping that from happening. For an existing site, this includes a technical and content audit. For a new build, it means understanding the business before touching a wireframe.
2. Design
Wireframes first, then a design system — not a single polished mockup with no structure behind it. We design the user journey before we design the visuals, and we get sign-off at the wireframe stage, when changes are cheap, rather than after the final design is built.
3. Develop
We build on modern, maintainable stacks — Laravel, Next.js, React, or the platform that actually fits the project (WordPress and Shopify included, when that's the right tool). Development happens against the approved design, not in parallel with design changes still being debated.
4. Deploy & Support
Launch isn't the finish line. Every project ships with performance and security checks — Core Web Vitals, SSL, backups — and we stay involved for monitoring and maintenance rather than disappearing after handoff.
This is the whole reason behind our tagline: Design. Develop. Deliver. Each word is a distinct stage, done in order, with a checkpoint before moving to the next.
